Meet our Staff

Tim Partridge – Managing Director

Tim Partridge has served as the Managing Director of Camp Shalom/Countryside Camp and Conference Centre since 1999.  Tim is a camping professional holding an Associates degree in Wildlife technology from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation from Slippery Rock College in Pennsylvania. He has been employed in camp ministry seasonally and full-time since 1976.

Adrian Stelpstra – Program Director

Adrian has served at Camp Shalom since 2008. He has been married to his wonderful wife for 15 years and together they have been foster and adoptive parents for many years. They currently have 6 children. Adrian loves leadership development and walking alongside young people as they discover who God made them to be.

Kim Higgins – Office Manager

Kim has served at Camp for more than 20 years. She specializes in bookings and office administration. Don’t hesitate to contact Kim for any rental inquiries or bookings.

Dan Godwaldt – Maintenance Manager

Dan has served at camp since 2008. He is a licenced electrician. He serves as the caretaker of this beautiful 135 acre facility God has entrusted to us.

Crystal Speelman – Food Service Director

Hey everyone! This will be my 11th summer involved with camp and 3rd summer running the show – as we all know camp doesn’t happen without the food! I have always loved baking and enjoyed cooking, and am so glad I get to teach the summer staff and share my passion with them. When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me swimming, reading, hiking, or travelling to new places. I’m looking forward to this summer and all that God will bring with it!

Ryan Flokstra – Summer Program/Maintenance/Whatever else we need

Hi Everyone! I’ve been around Camp Shalom at least a summer or two. When I’m not doing my day-job, I like to play disc golf, mow grass, and fish, which lucky for me, is most of what my day-job consists of. We’ve got a great staff lined up, some awesome programing coming your way, and we’re counting down the days for your arrival!
