In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. Phone system – We have installed an automated voice answering system, allowing people calling your group to direct their calls to you 24 hours a day. Please inform the people which building you are in as they will hear a short message followed by the choices. The phone system also allows you to talk to your group in another building by pressing their extension number from your building. Instructions for making a call are with each phone.
