Staff/Volunteer Opportunities
Do you want to be involved with Camp this summer?
Two Options to Choose From
- Camp Shalom employes around 50 young people for 10 week summer positions. These positions include day camp counselors, overnight camp counselors, special needs counselors, maintenance staff, kitchen staff, media staff, healthcare, lifeguards and more. All positions are paid.
- Maybe you are interested in volunteering for only one week at a specific day camp location. Our mobile locations are run by a combination of paid Camp Shalom staff and volunteers from the church.
As a summer staff member or volunteer at Camp Shalom, you will have the chance to:
- Share your faith in Christ with others
- Gain volunteer hours for high school
- Develop spiritually and socially
- Make a meaningful impact on the lives of others
- Receive training in leadership skills
- Enhance your resume by working with children and individuals with special needs
- Form lifelong friendships.
All applicants must be at least 16 years of age by Dec 31, 2023.
